Terms of Service & Commercial Governance
Effective Date: March 2026 • Governs all client proposals, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and web engagement.
1. Scope of Engagement
WSA Digital Agency operates under customized Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). All project deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and commercial fees are explicitly defined prior to project commencement.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unlike legacy agencies that retain proprietary lock-in over custom assets, WSA guarantees that 100% of custom code repositories, visual identity assets, content drafts, and ad accounts transfer entirely to the client upon full payment of contracted milestones.
3. White-Hat & Policy Compliance Guarantee
All search engine optimization and media acquisition practices strictly adhere to Google Search Essentials, Google Ads policies, and FTC guidelines. We do not participate in private blog networks (PBNs), automated scraping, or deceptive cloaking.
4. Warranties & Performance SLAs
Web development deliveries are warrantied against defects, security vulnerabilities, and Core Web Vitals regression for a period of 90 days following final production deployment.
